InTouch Systems provided ADSL broadband solutions for 6 NEWS sites including their head office, hosting NEWS e-business systems: e-mail and web site on InTouch Systems’ own dedicated servers.  Additionally InTouch provide engineering services support along with advice for all new I.T. solution requirements.

O A Chapman & Sons are a firm of chartered surveyors founded in 1922, the firm has offices in Norwich and Lowestoft. The O A Chapman & Sons practice is focused on Norfolk and Suffolk although instructions are accepted over a much wider area throughout the UK. They undertake surveys and valuations for banks and the public, as well as general practice, surveying work.

 

InTouch Systems retrieved existing data from O A Chapman’s old server, installed and configured a new server, transferring all existing data and set up file structures using best filing practices.  All PCs were configured on the new network.  A Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection provided staff with secure access and enabled remote exchange between branches. E business solutions were provided in the form of central diary and shared calendar facilities between branches.  The migration of OA Chapman’s existing broadband accounts to InTouch Systems’ own ADSL broadband services was managed throughout to ensure seamless changeover.

Millfield Primary School is a large, very friendly, and popular Community Primary School situated in the town of North Walsham.

InTouch Systems’ engineering services support is provided by a dedicated (C.R.B. checked) in-house engineer who attends on site one half day per week, as requested by client.  At other times under the same contract Millfield Primary School staff can contact InTouch Systems support team for assistance and advice.

InTouch Systems carried out an audit of need for I.T. infrastructure project and managed the purchase and installation of new a server, several new PCs and 15 laptops.  InTouch also installed a wireless network throughout the school, with new class room whiteboards and projectors.  InTouch Systems are currently managing Millfield School’s I.T. development project for the new financial year.

West Lynn Primary School was established over 90 years ago and has continued to provide a high quality education for the local community ever since.
